Medicine | PsychiatryThis position supports a research team by leading manuscript preparation, including conducting literature reviews, synthesizing findings, and drafting first-authored publications for peer-reviewed journals. The role involves qualitative data analysis—such as reviewing transcripts and applying thematic analysis—while maintaining rigorous data management practices to ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality. The Research Associate will also contribute as a co-author on additional lab publications and assist with qualitative data collection involving youth and parents. Compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements and ethical research standards is essential. This is an opportunity to produce high-impact scholarship that amplifies diverse voices and informs meaningful change.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree or equivalent experience in education, public health, psychology or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with preparation.
- Excellent written communication skills with superior attention to detail.
- Strong creative and analytic thinking abilities with the capacity to generate inferences from analyses.
