A Day in the Life

In this field-based role, you will work closely with interventional cardiologists, hypertensiologists, hospital stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, understand clinical pathways and define the most effective regional approach to therapy development.

The position requires up to 70% travel across the assigned territory, including Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie and Podlaskie voivodeships.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within Coronary & Renal Denervation business
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, pursue leads, and provide solutions to maximize the benefits of Medtronic's offerings.
• Deliver educational sessions on the company's products and services
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis
• Implement and adapt market development plans and strategies
• Provide customer feedback on products and applications to internal stakeholders, including Operations and Marketing

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in the medical device industry (not a necessary requirement)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English at a communicative level
• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly convey information
• Proactive problem-solving skills, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness
