Job Description

Responsible for

Leading the identification, development, and successful launch of ACDelco aftermarket products by analyzing customer needs, market opportunities, and automotive service parts requirements. The role is responsible for creating business cases, managing product development initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive portfolio growth and business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and drive product initiatives across the organization.

  • Contribute to the definition of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supplier, finance, marketing, sales, logistics, to ensure product goals and priorities alignment.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and potential threats.

  • Develop and manage product requirements, including applications, packaging, and functional specifications.

  • Define and track key metrics using OKRs and KPIs to measure product success and inform future decisions.

  • Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, customers, and partners.

  • Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or any related field

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Experience in product development, product management, project management, or aftermarket/service parts businesses.

  • Knowledge of automotive parts, service parts, or aftermarket products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience utilizing data analytics tools and transforming data into business recommendations.

Desired Experience :

  • Experience in automotive aftermarket, service parts, or product portfolio management.

  • Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional business teams.

  • Background in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or AI-enabled analytical solutions.
