Job Description: C&Q Engineer
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Engineer within the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) team. The position is based in Beerse, Belgium.

The Beerse site is a pharmaceutical fill & finish plant within the Synthetics platform of IMSC. We ensure lifesaving medicines are produced and reach the patient safely and optimally. Job summary
C&Q Engineer is an exciting role with a large degree of scope and autonomy where you will act as domain expert for Equipment Commissioning & Qualification. You play a key role in guarding that all the equipment of IMSC remains in a qualified state throughout its entire lifecycle and will work in close partnership with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance departments.
Additionally, you will act as C&Q spokesperson during regulatory and client quality audits, communicating the qualification approach and status of our assets.
Based on your expertise, you drive continuous improvement related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), C&Q processes, methodologies, and tools, and will act as mentor for external C&Q engineers.
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will have experience, skills, and a track record of achievement in the following:
- Detailed and deep understanding of GMP regulations (Annex 1, 21 CFR Part 11,...)
- Experience in a GMP regulated environment
- Extensive experience in qualification (equipment, production systems, utilities, and/or facilities)
- Candidates can operate both strategically/conceptually and connect easily across different levels in the organization (locally and globally at a Platform level).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€60.000,00 - €96.255,00
