Your Benefits
MMC offers Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance to help protect you and your family. You’ll also have retirement and savings options with a 401(k), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). In addition, we provide a Competitive Salary and Paid Time Off to support your time away from work.
A Typical Shift
Your day in the cath lab starts with a quick huddle to align on the schedule and patient needs. You’ll welcome patients, explain what to expect, and reinforce pt education for recovery and follow-up. Throughout the shift you’ll stay attentive to rhythm changes and collaborate closely with physicians and teammates as cases progress. Between procedures, you’ll reset the room, review documentation, and coordinate next steps—whether that includes echo results, discharge teaching, or handoff communication—so every patient experience feels informed, safe, and supported.
