A Day in the Life
Position Description
We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to support the growth of the Kanghui Trauma portfolio across International Markets. The incumbent will partner closely with regional commercial and marketing teams to support product launches, portfolio development, market expansion, customer engagement and commercialization activities.
The role requires strong business acumen, market understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and execution capabilities to support business growth and strengthen market adoption of Kanghui innovations.
Job Responsibilities
In this role you will collaborate with regional Commercial and Marketing teams, Upstream Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Training & Education, distributors, customers and key opinion leaders to:
- Support development and execution of marketing strategies for the Kanghui Trauma portfolio across International Markets.
- Support product launch planning, commercialization activities and launch readiness to drive successful market adoption.
- Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence to support portfolio planning and market development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, value propositions and customer messaging for international markets.
- Support pricing strategy implementation and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support commercial execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors and KOLs to support market adoption and business growth.
- Plan and support marketing events, symposiums, customer engagement programs and educational activities.
- Partner with regional teams to identify market opportunities, business needs and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to support product availability and commercialization execution.
- Support demand planning, forecasting and business review activities.
- Ensure all marketing programs and activities comply with Medtronic Business Conduct Standards and Compliance requirements.
- Able to travel (local & international travel) up to 20% of time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device marketing, product management or market development.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Result-oriented with a can-do attitude and strong execution capability.
- Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures and geographies.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Orthopedics, Trauma or related medical device segments.
- Experience supporting product launches and portfolio management.
- Experience working with distributors and KOL networks.
- Clinical understanding and knowledge of Trauma procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
