3Eye is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations at our Battle Creek location. This full-time role is an important part of ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both accuracy and efficiency matter. This person should enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be willing to take initiative to help maintain an organized, clean, and productive warehouse.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
Fulfill orders in accordance with established processes and customer requirements.
Receive incoming products and ensure accurate product put-away.
Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
Enter inventory data and transactions into 3Eye’s systems.
Use handheld scanning devices and laptops to process warehouse transactions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Communicate effectively with managers and other team members.
Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Punctual and dependable, with a record of reliable attendance.
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to balance speed, efficiency, and quality.
Effective communication skills when working with managers and co-workers.
Comfortable using handheld scanning devices, laptops, and inventory systems.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
