As a Line Leader at Humdinger you will be responsible for the quality control of products on the manufacturing line which you are leading. You will complete various quality checks and paperwork throughout your shift to ensure we can meet our daily production targets and produce snacking products of the highest quality for our customers!

 

Shift: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00Breaks: 2 x 20 minutes paid

Pay Rate: £15.13 per hour

Closing Date: 29/07/2026

Responsibilities

• Support and coach packing team members to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor and improve line efficiency, yield and overall performance.
• Ensure CCP checks, quality standards and process control documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain GMP, hygiene and food safety standards across the packing line.
• Minimise downtime, improve changeovers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact during customer visits and audits.
• Work collaboratively with Production, QA, Technical and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment, ideally food production.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality systems and CCP processes.
• Good communication and people leadership skills.
• Strong numeracy and computer literacy.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
