What You'll Do:
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant domain within the personalization platform, aligned with the broader platform strategy.
Identify high-impact opportunities through deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and internal business priorities.
Define clear success metrics and ensure delivery against measurable business outcomes.
Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term impact and long-term platform scalability and leverage.
Act as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Data Science, and multiple product teams to deliver cohesive platform capabilities.
Contribute to key decisions on system design, scalability, and intelligent data usage in partnership with technical teams.
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, complex problem spaces.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and drive alignment to resolve them.
Build strong alignment across teams without direct authority, navigating competing priorities effectively.
Who You Are:
You have strong Product Management experience (typically 6–10+ years), with a track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products.
You have experience working on data-intensive products, ideally in data platforms, AI/ML, or ad tech environments.
You are comfortable owning a product area end-to-end while contributing to a broader platform vision.
You combine strong business acumen with solid technical depth, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering and Data Science on complex systems.
You are highly analytical and experienced in defining and using metrics to drive product decisions.
You thrive in ambiguity and are able to bring clarity and direction in fast-moving environments.
You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect long-term vision with near-term execution.
You take a pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach and consistently focus on delivering impact.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working with international teams across Europe and the US.
