Looking to break into the automotive industry? This is a hands-on, entry-level position designed for individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of vehicle maintenance and build a long-term career in automotive service.

As a Hyundai Apprentice Lube Technician, you'll work alongside our service team performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire services, inspections, and other basic maintenance repairs. This is not a master technician apprenticeship, but rather an opportunity to gain real-world experience and develop the skills needed to grow within a dealership service department.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections, including checking tires, brakes, batteries, belts, and fluid levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate identified maintenance needs to Service Advisors and team leaders.
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
• Assist technicians and service team members as needed while developing automotive skills.

What You'll Bring

• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive maintenance.
• Previous lube technician, quick lube, tire shop, or automotive experience.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
