Description

Computer Hardware Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for office computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure seamless functionality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or any related computer course.
• At least 1 year of experience in computer hardware support, IT infrastructure, or technical field service.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiar with desktop and laptop repair, printer maintenance, networking devices, CCTV systems, biometric devices, weighing scales, EAS/X-Ray systems, and other retail technology equipment.
• Knowledgeable in operating systems installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows and related platforms).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues efficiently.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, mature, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to travel and provide on-site support when necessary.
• Willing to undergo continuous technical and business-related training.
• Consistently ready to go beyond normal duties to help colleagues during peak support periods or manpower shortages.
