DCAM Certified Data Governance Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a DCAM Certified Data Governance Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves supporting the Data Governance and Data Quality programme based on the DCAM framework, enabling the creation, validation, and rollout of DCAM artefacts, and executing related communication and literacy plans.

Role Responsibilities:

• Organise and actively participate in workshops with business units to gather and document inputs for DCAM artefacts across data domains.
• Validate that artefacts meet the acceptance criteria of the DCAM framework and maintain templates while tracking progress against the implementation plan.
• Prepare weekly and milestone reports, follow up on assigned tasks, and maintain a central status board.
• Support newsletters, intranet updates, and communication campaigns for Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives, and develop data literacy materials (quick guides, FAQs).

Profile of the Possible Candidates:

• DCAM certification (EDM Council) is absolutely required.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and writing skills; comfortable working with business users unfamiliar with DG/DQ.
• Well organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on a part-time schedule.
• Nice to have: experience with other Data Management frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK) or prior Data Governance programme implementation.
