Description
Description
What You'll Do
- Monitor inventory health across distribution centers and restaurants — on-hand inventory, days on hand, inventory turns, and stockout risk
- Build and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations using sales trends, seasonality, growth, and new restaurant openings
- Own distributor relationships day-to-day, tracking fill rate, service level, and on-time delivery, and driving issues through to resolution
- Lead inventory readiness for menu launches, LTOs, packaging changes, and product transitions across both brands
- Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of inventory risk and performance
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers to keep inventory plans aligned with the business
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, data validation, and comfort working with large data sets
- A track record of spotting problems before they become problems, and following through until they're actually solved
- Strong communication skills — you can walk a distributor through an issue and brief an executive on the same day
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience
Nice to have: restaurant, foodservice, CPG, retail, or multi-unit operations experience; experience with broadline distributors; familiarity with Restaurant365 or a similar ERP/inventory-planning system.
