DESCRIPCION GENERICA:
Personal con conocimiento práctico de sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos e hidráulicos y de leer planos y esquemas de los equipos instalados en la planta. Capaz de identificar las partes componentes de estos, realizar diagnóstico de fallas y reemplazo de partes para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro, eficiente y efectivo de maquinaria y equipo.
COMPROMISO DE SEGURIDAD:
· Realizar análisis de riesgo previo a la ejecución del trabajo de mantenimiento.
· Portar su equipo de protección personal correspondiente para la tarea o área.
· Participar activamente en la implementación de procedimientos de LOTO
· Evaluación y notificación de riesgos durante las labores de mantenimiento.
COMPROMISO DE CALIDAD:
Realizar los ajustes con la mejor calidad posible y en el menor tiempo posible
ACTIVIDADES ESPECÍFICAS:
· Realizar mantenimiento a máquinas de producción
· Realizar los registros correspondientes a las actividades realizadas
· Mantener ordenada y limpia su área de trabajo y lugares donde realiza labores de mantenimiento
· Dar apoyo al departamento de producción cuando tenga algún problema con la maquinaria
· Entrenar a nuevos técnicos
REQUERIMIENTOS:
· Conocimiento en Neumatica, Hidraulica Electricidad y Control
· Experiencia en Hornos Industriales
· Interpretación de Diagramas
· Robot Fanuc
· Experiencia en Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo
· Uso de herramientas de medición
· Analisis de Fallas
PERFIL DEL TITULAR DE LA POSICION:
Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica o Similar o Ingeniería.
Habilidades: Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas e instrumentos relacionados con su actividad
Seguridad: Lentes de Seguridad y botas de seguridad (dentro del área de producción)
Experiencia: Deseable en el área mínimo 5 años
