Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Assist in the documentation and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Support incident management processes by troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth deployment of technology initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with managing server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of system security practices and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance using various diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
