The Difference You Make:
The Analyst - Cash Management supports the Global Transaction Banking Business Unit and is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, governance, and commercialization of payment and cash management solutions for Corporate & Investment Banking clients. This role ensures products meet regulatory and operational standards while driving innovation, client-centric design, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Commercial Support:

  • Support the development and enhancement of payments and cash management solutions, including domestic and cross-border payments, liquidity structures, account services, and digital channels.

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with CIB client needs and market trends.

  • Translate client requirements into scalable and marketable product features.

  • Participate in new product initiatives, enhancements, and go-to-market execution.

  • Assist Sales and Coverage teams with product positioning, pricing support, and customized solution structuring that require complexity.

  • Analyze usage trends and identify opportunities to deepen wallet share.
     

Product Governance & Risk Oversight:

  • Maintain product policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, legal, and operational standards.

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure appropriate product controls and oversight frameworks.

  • Prepare internal documentation and product approval materials.

  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of product performance, risk indicators, and regulatory changes.

  • Provide guidance to operational teams for complex or non-standard cash management structures.

  • Assist in sales performance tracking and reporting

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity Products, or related Product Management roles within Banking.

  • Knowledge of:

    • Payment rails (ACH, Wires, RTP, cross-border payments)

    • Liquidity management structures (cash concentration, pooling, notional pooling)

    • Treasury services and digital banking platforms

  • Demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.

  • Ability to create and execute strategic product plans to drive growth.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with forward-thinking mindset and strong sense of ownership.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$110,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$135,000.00 USD
