About the role
For our Global Supply Chain IT P2P Manufacturing IT Systems team in Munich/Aschheim, we are looking for a Working Student (d/f/m) to join us as soon as possible for up to 20 hours per week for a duration of one year.
As a Working Student in our Manufacturing IT Systems team, you will support IT Managers in the preparation of project-related deliverables, including stakeholder presentations, status reports, cost tracking, and project documentation. Working closely with experienced IT professionals, you will contribute to strategic initiatives in the areas of data, analytics, manufacturing, and supply chain processes while gaining valuable insights into global IT operations and project management.
What You Will Do
Support IT Managers in preparing stakeholder presentations, project documentation, and management status reports.
Assist with project coordination activities, including tracking milestones, action items, and project deliverables.
Support project cost monitoring, forecasting, and budget planning activities.
Assist with procurement-related processes in SAP (R3 and S/4HANA), including purchase order management and invoice verification.
Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives, as well as the creation of documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a German university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field. You enjoy applying your technical and analytical skills to business areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
You have strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Power BI, and enjoy working with data and creating meaningful insights.
You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, and can collaborate effectively in an international environment.
You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy analyzing complex topics to find practical and solution-oriented approaches.
You are passionate about data, analytics, and manufacturing, and ideally have some knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and SAP systems (R3 and S/4HANA), particularly in purchase order management and invoice verification.
