What you’ll be doing...

Ensure the design and development of advanced complex front-end applications according to industry standards of system reliability, performance and scalability. Ensure to gather detailed technical analysis of functional architecture and technical design for new software application functionality. Ensure to program Pseudo code and reusable components to lead the path for developing software code of the entire end-to-end system application architecture. Work with offshore teams to lead and guide all phases of development like assigning tasks, guiding software development, track progress and perform code reviews to make sure code quality is maintained. Ensure daily technical challenges and hurdles are addressed in a process oriented and re-engineering way and they are handled at framework level. Ensure debugging and modification of existing source code for performance optimizations. Test, Enhance and validate user interface scripts and object-oriented web server programs and paradigms. Ensure instrumentation is in place for business and system metrics measurement. Maintain project documentation in confluence.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years in the following: working with React JS, Java Script, NodeJS, Java, J2EE, Webpack, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Spring MVC. Hybrid role, may work from home.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
