Purpose of the Position
To support Human Resources operations by assisting with employee records, recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and administrative HR processes, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee personnel files and HR records in an accurate and confidential manner.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees and interns.
- Help prepare HR reports, workforce data, and organizational documentation.
- Maintain and archive HR documents, forms, and records in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate HR team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the HR team.
