Description
Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to deliver and manage strategy-led consulting engagements, leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business problems, define actionable strategies, and drive client impact in the Nordics region. This role requires expertise in PowerPoint design, drafting, and story lining to create compelling decks. The role may also require supporting new offering development.
Functional Expertise:
The role requires a mix of consulting, strategy, and analytics experience preferably in Pharma and Healthcare domain with expertise in broad range of projects involving:
Primary: Insights and Storyboarding, Exposure to key commercial topics such as SFE (Segmentation & Targeting), market access, and growth strategy, Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis as inputs to strategic decision-making
Secondary: Client proposals, Desk research
Technical Expertise:
Must have: Excel, PowerPoint, Python (all at intermediate - advanced level)
Good to have: PowerBI, Power Query/DAX, SQL
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SMEs in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Review and analyse client requirements, apply hypothesis-driven thinking and structured frameworks to derive solutions
• Drive the development of proposals and client solutions
• Synthesize findings and recommendations into compelling presentations that deliver an evidence-based narrative on the topics in focus based on the client’s context
• Support new ideas, initiatives, and knowledge management
Education and experience:
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in Pharma/Technology OR MBA from a premier institute
• 4-7 years of experience in client facing role within a Consulting role (Pharmaceutical/Life Science would be a plus)
• Expertise in PowerPoint design, drafting, and story lining to create compelling decks
• Ability to draft relevant recommendations given the client context
• Strong client orientation, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
