WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently

• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations

• Follow Honda-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift

• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings

• Support the service team and contribute to a shop culture built on consistency and care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of lube, express, or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures

• Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production volume matters

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A team-first mindset -- you show up ready to contribute and support the people around you
