The Role:

Nortal is looking to hire a great Amazon Operations Specialist NAM for a large multinational company in consumer electronics, joining their NAM Amazon team.

You will work closely with the senior managers in the NAM Amazon team, and report into the NAM Amazon Sales Ops Manager, who is based in California. You are critical to drive best-in-class executions of product launches on Amazon in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Catalog/Data Review:

• Monitor changes to Amazon’s Vendor Central data. Report any issues and ensure corrections are made and reflected in the data

• Review and publish Amazon reporting from the Amazon platforms. Report daily sales to NAM Amazon team

• Review weekly Hub fix reports and submit needed updates for browse nodes and brand links

• Review product pages and if “you see something say something"- keeping PDPs best in class with Logitech approved content

Customer Engagement:

• Where timing is feasible, participate in weekly calls with the NAM Amazon account team and Amazon

• Respond to Andon Cords received from Amazon.  Ensure there is resolution and that the Andon Cord has been lifted (if PDP (Product Detail Page) was suppressed)

• Clear communication with RBS (Amazon vendor help desk) – continual follow through and perseverance required

SIOC (Ships in Own Container):

• Manage SIOC product portfolio and review SIOC charges from Amazon

• Submit SIOC documentation needed to get new products SIOC certified

Amazon Promotional Operations Specialist:

• Confirm promos are running and have proper placement

• Log promos in Finance spending log.  Respond to Finance/Audit inquiries regarding promo spend, funding, claims, etc.

• Review Amazon for Business discounts; publish discount activity and log into rebate file

• Load promotional coupons and log into the rebate file

Misc Projects:

• This role will evolve and develop along the Amazon NAM team

• Special projects will come up to support the growth and needs of the Amazon NAM team and Amazon the customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor in marketing or Business Administration
• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Great collaboration skills, pro-activity and ownership
• Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail and strong operational discipline
• Highly collaborative and good communication skills
• Must show a strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
• Ability to work on a time-sensitive schedule
• Fluent in English is a must
