Highlights of your role
Lead Request For Quotation (RFQ) events, evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, and overall value.
Conduct high-risk negotiations with vendors and secure favorable terms while mitigating risk
Provide strategic direction and recommendations for assigned commodities and categories
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and procurement processes to support long-term business needs
Build and manage commodity supplier partnerships by facilitating and leading strategic supplier conversations
Advise the procurement team members to drive alignment and best practices
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
10-15 years of experience in supply chain, leadership, project management, or a related field
Expert negotiation and supplier management skills
Understanding of material quality requirements, processes and procedures
- Must demonstrate strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products
Purchasing process and systems knowledge
Professional certification (preferred)
