The Opportunity
Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you'll work with customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, delivering the exceptional experience that BMW is known for. You'll receive ongoing training, support and development while building your sales skills within a high-performing and supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Building genuine relationships with customers and helping them find the right vehicle
Delivering a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Following up customer leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Generating repeat and referral business through outstanding service
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Promoting finance, insurance and other value-added products where appropriate
Contributing to the positive culture and success of the dealership
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Currently working in a sales role and looking for their next opportunity
Motivated, ambitious and driven to achieve results
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Professional, reliable and able to work independently
Eager to learn and develop their sales career
Interested in the automotive industry and premium brands
Hold current sales and drivers' licence
Previous automotive sales experience is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn just as highly as industry experience.
