Job Title – Alpha Product and Data Integration
Duties and responsibilities:
Individuals will be part of the Alpha Product / IDC organization and will be accountable for the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of the IDC Fund Matrix platform across strategic Alpha client implementations.
The IDC Fund Matrix platform is intended to serve as the standard fund onboarding and fund data management solution across the Alpha ecosystem, enabling a more scalable and governed approach to fund setup, maintenance, data quality, controls, and downstream distribution.
The Vice President, Product Management – IDC Fund Matrix will serve as the product owner for Fund Matrix and will partner across Product, Account Services, Technology teams, Client Service, and client onboarding teams to drive strategic alignment, execution, adoption, and implementation support.
Specific duties include:
• Own the end-to-end Fund onboarding product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise Fund Matrix data model and associated governance framework.
• Partner directly with Account Services and client onboarding teams to gather requirements, conduct demonstrations, drive adoption, and support implementation activities.
• Drive automation of fund onboarding, data ingestion, validation, reconciliation, approvals, and downstream distribution processes.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate delivery across other Alpha platforms.
• Establish data quality controls, reconciliation frameworks, portfolio header validations, and operational governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Account Services, Technology teams, Client Service, and client onboarding teams.
• Manage product funding, prioritization, business cases, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications.
• Champion AI-enabled automation and scalable solutions that reduce onboarding effort, improve data accuracy, and accelerate client delivery.

Education and experience requirement(s):
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment operations, data management, product management, or enterprise-scale transformation roles.
• Experience leading platform or product strategy and delivery for client onboarding, fund data management, reconciliation, data controls, or Alpha implementation-related solutions.
- Fund data management and investment operations expertise, including fund setup, maintenance, onboarding lifecycle, and operational data governance.
- Product management discipline, including vision definition, roadmap ownership, prioritization, funding/business case management, adoption strategy, and executive communications.
- Client onboarding and implementation leadership, including requirements gathering, stakeholder demonstrations, implementation support, and transition to operational readiness.
- Enterprise data model and governance design, including controlled data domains, approval workflows, portfolio header standards, reference data controls, and audit-ready operating models.
- Data quality, validation, and reconciliation capabilities, including exception management, control frameworks, downstream distribution controls, and issue resolution processes.
- Platform integration skills across Alpha and enterprise systems, including requirements definition, dependency management, cross-platform delivery coordination, and scalable operating model design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized execution skills, including problem solving, prioritization, risk management, delivery tracking, and ability to drive strategic objectives while supporting complex implementation execution.
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
