Supports the Manager in delivering product & technical training, productivity workshops and MDRT development programs.
Provides support to the Head of Department in ensuring training compliance, including developing and delivery agency compliance programs, and verifying that all training programs and systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Deliver product knowledge program, sales related, and other training programs & materials whenever is necessary
- Drive Innovation in digital learning and blended training approaches.
- Coordinate and deliver MDRT mentorship and recognition related programs and events
- Provide coaching for agent productivity improvement.
- Assist in tracking productivity and MDRT/Elite data
- To facilitate cross-training across other faculty-led programs
- Zero finding in training compliance audit
- Liaise with Compliance/Risk on policy updates and contents. Ensure all compliance related contents deliver to agency force
- Ensuring the annual training compliance rate is achieved
