Description
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team and deliver high-quality coffee and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take orders, recommend beverages, and handle customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel preferred.
- Barista training or certification is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of specialty coffee is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
