What will you be doing here?

Gestão de Projetos: Planejar, executar e controlar projetos de engenharia, garantindo o cumprimento de escopo, cronograma (Deadline) e orçamento (Capex).

Implementação de Equipamentos: Liderar a instalação e o comissionamento de novas tecnologias e equipamentos na planta industrial.

Retrofit e Modernização: Identificar oportunidades de retrofit em ativos legados, avaliando viabilidade técnica e financeira para estender a vida útil e melhorar a eficiência.

Melhoria de Performance: Analisar indicadores de performance (OEE, disponibilidade, ciclo) e implementar soluções de engenharia para eliminar gargalos e otimizar processos.

Interface Técnica: Atuar como ponto focal técnico junto a fornecedores, integradores e áreas internas (Manutenção, Produção, Qualidade, HSE, Inovação).

Documentação e Compliance: Garantir que todos os projetos atendam às normas de segurança (NRs), padrões de engenharia da companhia e requisitos de qualidade.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Formação Superior completa em Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, de Produção ou correlatas).
• Sólida experiência prévia no gerenciamento de projetos de engenharia em ambiente industrial/manufatura.
• Domínio em gestão de CAPEX, controle de cronogramas e metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK/Agile).
• Conhecimento prático em normas de segurança industrial (ex: NR-12, NR-10) e legislação aplicável a instalações de máquinas.
• Vivência com análise de indicadores operacionais (OEE, disponibilidade, MTBF/MTTR).
