Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook food for large events and catering orders.
- Perform restaurant-style cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with plating, food presentation, and maintaining clean workstation.
- Support inventory management and proper food storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant cooking, catering, or large-scale food prep preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle lifting requirements.
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
