Restaurant Manager

Spice Lounge Foodworks Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team of its one of the Bran- Buffalo Wild Wings—Bengaluru Airport. This role involves a range of duties, primarily focused on enhancing our customer experience, streamlining our restaurant operations, and maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service delivery.Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency.Sourcing and organising supplies and equipment, ensuring quality control and effective cost management.Leading the hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff, fostering a positive working environment to retain high-quality team members.Creating shift schedules and managing employee workload to ensure maximum productivity.Handling customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Working closely with the Chef and kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant menu remains appealing and up-to-date.Closely monitor financial performance and business metrics, taking immediate corrective actions wherever necessary.Qualifications:A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field would be an asset.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of food hygiene regulations and restaurant health and safety compliance.The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.Benefits:Opportunity to be a part of a vibrant, energetic team in a fast-paced working environment.Diverse learning opportunities and potential for career progression.Competitive salary package coupled with performance-based incentives.Healthcare benefits and paid time off.Employee discounts at our restaurant chain.This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious restaurant professional seeking new challenges and growth.
