Description
Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Prüfungen nach Vorgaben, Arbeitsanweisungen, Protokollen und SAP Dokumentation
- Material und Produktuntersuchungen
- Fertigungsbegleitende Prüfungen an Wickeldrähten
- Fertigungsbegleitende Prüfungen (Halbfabrikate)
- Zwischen-, fertigungsbegleitende- und Endprüfungen an Wickeldraht
- Prüfungen für Reklamationen nach Absprache mit Vorgesetzten
- Bearbeiten von Q-Meldungen nach Absprache mit Vorgesetzten
- Wareneingangsprüfungen an Zuliefermaterialien durchführen (alle Rohstoffe)
- Qualifikationsprüfungen und Ausstellung von Zertifikaten für Werkerqualifikationen
- Durchführen von Prüfungen mit Anpassungen von bestehenden, beschriebenen Prüfmethoden und Verfahren je nach Aufgabenstellung
- Erstellen von Reklamationsmeldungen nach Anweisungen
- Erstellen von Prüfberichten
Du bringst mit:
- Abgeschlossene fachspezifische mind. dreijährige Berufsausbildung bzw. auf einem anderen Weg erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Programme und im Umgang mit SAP
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeitsverhalten
