Engineering Manager - Retail System

現在、C#とUnity/Blazorを使⽤して開発しています。この統⼀されたアプローチにより、当社のプロダクト マネージャーは、フロントエンドとバックエンドの両⽅のエンジニアリングチームとシームレスに連携する ことができます。コンポーネントごとのタスクの分断を避けることで、コラボレーションが開発を加速し、 より効率的な問題解決につながる環境を育んでいます。当社のフロントエンドは従来BlazorとUnityを使⽤し て構築されてきましたが、現在、最終的にすべてのエンドユーザーカテゴリーに対応し、マルチプラットフ ォームソリューションの基礎を築く、単⼀の統⼀クライアントアプリケーションを開発する可能性を模索し ています。

以前は、チームメンバー全員がすべてのソフトウェアコンポーネント（フ ロントエンド、バックエンド、コンソールツール、ロボットソフトウェア、インフラストラクチャ）の開発 に携わっていました。製品とチームが進化するにつれ、各コンポーネントの役割が明確に定義されるように なりました。プロダクトマネージャーとして、すべてのコンポーネントがユーザーのニーズとビジネス⽬標 を満たす統合された製品体験を提供するために、これらの専⾨的な役割を横断的に調整します。

Job Summary

As a Product Manager at Telexistence, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, driving the development of our innovative robotic solutions platform. You will collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineering teams to translate business requirements and user needs into product features and technical specifications. Our service manages robotic operations, so we need to pay close attention to safety and the operational flow to continuously check for any omissions in the requirement specifications.

We are a start-up operating in a rapidly evolving market, looking for a strategic thinker who can balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Our fast-paced environment requires adaptability and quick responses to changing priorities—making context-driven decision-making and efficient communication essential. Therefore, we expect ideas and opinions to come from your expertise.

We currently develop using C# and Unity/Blazor. This unified approach enables our product managers to work seamlessly with both frontend and backend engineering teams. By avoiding fragmentation of tasks by component, we foster an environment where collaboration accelerates development and leads to more efficient problem solving. Although our front-end has traditionally been built using Blazor and Unity, we are currently exploring the possibility of developing a single, unified client application that may eventually serve all end-user categories and lay the foundation for a multi-platform solution.

Historically, every team member was involved in developing all software components (Frontend, Backend, Console Tools, Robot Software, and Infrastructure). As our product and team have evolved, we are moving toward clearly defined roles for each component. As a Product Manager, you will coordinate across these specialized roles to ensure that all components work together cohesively to deliver a unified product experience that meets user needs and business objectives.
