About the team and what we will build together
You are a Senior SDET within the Production Engineering / Operations team, playing a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and quality of systems in production and pre-production environments. You will work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and Production Support teams to validate system behavior under real-world conditions and prevent defects from reaching production.
You will be part of a team focused on building a highly reliable and resilient operational ecosystem, where testing is deeply integrated into release validation, system monitoring, and continuous improvement.In this role, you will:
- Drive an automation-first approach for validating APIs, UI, and backend systems with a strong focus on production readiness
- Design and maintain test frameworks aligned to operational use cases, including regression, integration, and release validation
- Lead performance and load testing initiatives to ensure systems can handle real-world traffic and scale
- Analyze QA and production metrics (defect leakage, failure patterns, test coverage) to proactively identify quality gaps
- Support release validation and production readiness, ensuring deployments meet reliability and performance standards
- Leverage AI-driven testing tools and techniques to improve defect detection, optimize test coverage, and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with Production Support teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and prevent recurrence
- Balance automation with targeted manual and exploratory testing, especially for edge cases and high-risk scenarios
- You will contribute to building an operations-driven quality ecosystem, where testing is continuous, intelligent, and directly aligned with system reliability and customer impact.
