Kitchen Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel – Daytime Hours

We’re delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most beautifully curated countryside estates, set within the heart of the Cotswolds. This boutique destination is known for its refined yet relaxed approach to luxury, where exceptional food, seasonal produce, and thoughtful experiences sit at the centre of everything they do.

They are now looking for a highly organised Kitchen Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, high-standard kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared, structured, and ready for service.

• £33,000 per annum plus £6,600 service charge
• Daytime hours, 9am to 6pm, 45 hours per week

Who you are:

• You’re highly organised with a natural ability to keep things running efficiently
• You have experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally at a high standard
• You take pride in preparation, structure, and consistency
• You’re calm under pressure and enjoy supporting a busy service from behind the scenes
• You have strong communication skills and work well with chefs and wider teams

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the organisation and preparation of the kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure all areas are set up and maintained to the highest standards
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to support service readiness
• Help maintain a clean, compliant, and well-structured working environment
