What You Will Do

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features with high ownership and autonomy

Develop scalable systems for ingesting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of complex documents

Design and implement AI-driven pipelines for extracting structured insights from unstructured data

Architect multi-step workflows that reason across datasets to generate actionable outputs

Work closely with domain experts to translate real-world workflows into robust software systems

Contribute to core infrastructure and system design decisions as the product scales

Operate in a fast-paced environment where shipping high-quality code daily is expected
Ideal Candidate Background

3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

Proven track record of building and shipping impactful products end-to-end

Strong experience with modern web technologies (especially Next.js) and backend systems (Python)

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

Experience handling complex data workflows or unstructured data systems

Ability to operate independently and solve ambiguous, high-impact problems

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
