職務内容
Project Schedule Management & Optimization: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for both mono-center and multi-center projects in compliance with internal global standards.
Monitoring & Analysis: Define specific management criteria, including progress measurement and Critical Path Analysis (CPA), to ensure smooth project execution and identify bottlenecks.
Risk Mitigation: Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and collaborate with the Risk Management Department to proactively identify potential delays and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Audit Support: Provide technical expertise and documentation support for independent project audits (Cold Eye Reviews) from a scheduling perspective.
Tool Utilization & Continuous Improvement: Leverage Primavera (P6) or MS Project to implement efficient workflows. Ensure that scheduling methodologies align with corporate procedures and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency
応募資格
Background Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in an engineering role within the EPC or Plant Engineering industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera (P6) or MS Project.
Languages: * English: Fluent / Business level
Japanese: Fluent
Success Profile
Experience: Proven track record in scheduling for complex engineering projects.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-pressure gas plant construction, PFD/P&ID schematics, and project management lifecycles.
Competencies: High analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams.
