The ideal candidate will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.Present findings and recommendations to management in a comprehensible manner.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a construction or related industry.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Python.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to haveExperience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.Knowledge of construction industry metrics and KPIs.Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
