This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment that focuses on behavioural analysis and therapeutic services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.Coordinate with team members to facilitate client assessments and treatment plans.Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to optimise service availability.Provide training and support to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.RequirementsProven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a related field.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Nice to haveExperience with software tools used for scheduling and client management.Certification in ABA or related fields.Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
