The Sullivan Tire Retail Resource Center in Taunton, MA is looking for a new team member! If you are interested in joining a dynamic, employee-owned company, we would love to hear from you.
Our Retail Resource Center is one of the major lifelines for our company, assisting the 80+ retail stores with scheduling appointments, and providing tires and service. Every day is filled with new challenges that keep you engaged, including logistics, problem-solving, and product purchasing. We pride ourselves on honesty, accuracy, and delivering!
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our retail locations to book appointments for tires and services
- Answer incoming phone calls while providing high-quality customer service
- Handle a high volume of internet communication, including e-mails and live chats
- Develop and maintain effective sales practices
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a quick and effective manner
- Build and maintain relationships with team members, co-workers from other divisions, and customers
- Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company
- Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when the opportunity or need arises
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus
- Creative, open-minded, and resourceful
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and determined
- Active listening skills
- Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)
- Tire/automotive knowledge preferred
- Strong written & oral communication skills and grammar
- Punctual
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
