HMC focuses its practice on Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense, OSHA Employer Representation, and Industrial Insurance Litigation. We represent a diverse range of clients—including employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators—and are known for delivering strategic, results-oriented advocacy.
