Associate Attorney insurance
We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, as well as a strong understanding of insurance defense.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
Researching and drafting legal documents
Conducting legal research and analysis
Preparing for and presenting cases in court
Negotiating settlements
Managing client relationships
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
California Bar
At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation
Excellent research and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Experience with billable hours (1950+ hours per year)
