Strong understanding of AI implementation in software development Good understanding of Agents, Agentic AI Workflow Regional owner/point person for all Dynamics related items (EMEA) Experience with delivering technology products to delight end-users Strong analytical skills and business orientation Ability to define business outcomes, KPI against the business value delivered and communicate progress and escalate issues. Ability to operate independently across the majority of the day-to-day responsibilities 12 + yrs. Relevant experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications. Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI or Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform Own the product backlogs, prioritize, sequencing and apply the agile framework. Strong verbal and written communication. Self-starter with high tolerance for ambiguity Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by strong project management skills. Goal-oriented, work well in teams and embrace a transformational mindset.
