Junior Mortgage Broker
Up to £30k Basic + Uncapped Commission
Our client is a highly successful property finance brokerage based in London. Continued growth has resulted in the need to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Mortgage Broker to join the team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage products tailored to their needs.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on mortgage options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage and process mortgage applications efficiently, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes.
- Support senior brokers and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Experience Required
- At least 12 months of experience in a mortgage sales related role.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
