SAP IBP Consultant (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our growing digital supply chain team. In this role, you will support customers across various industries on their journey toward integrated, data-driven planning. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, forecast accuracy, and end-to-end planning performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP IBP projects independently across all phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Deployment, and Hypercare

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP IBP designs

• Enable and support key business processes, especially in Supply, Demand, and Demand Planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other planning or ERP modules

• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to end users and internal team members

• Stay current on the latest SAP IBP features, releases, and innovations, advising customers on strategic improvements

• Deliver high-quality documentation, project plans, and solution designs

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (business-level required)

• Proven experience with SAP IBP, especially in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related planning processes

• Experience independently managing full project cycles, including discovery workshops and hypercare support

• Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA PP/DS, APO, MM, SD) is a strong advantage

• SAP IBP certification is a plus

• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders

• Motivation to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with IBP innovations
