Description
Join one of Africa’s most respected conservation lodges as Head of Maintenance. Based deep in the Northern Cape, this role is pivotal in supporting both luxury hospitality and ecological integrity.
Lead a skilled team to maintain and evolve infrastructure across guest accommodations, staff facilities, and off-grid systems (solar, water treatment, waste). You’ll work with purpose, supporting sustainability, safety, and guest comfort in one of the continent’s most inspiring wilderness regions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ senior maintenance/engineering experience
- Hospitality or remote camp background
- Strong leadership and eco-sensitive project knowledge
- Relevant engineering qualification
