What You’ll Be Doing
- Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Serve as main point of contact for owners and design teams
- Manage pay apps, billing, and change orders
- Oversee contracts, RFIs, and submittals
- Align with Superintendents to support field execution
- Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Lead project meetings and maintain organized documentation
- Drive projects through successful closeout
What You Bring
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
- Multi-Scope background including Dirt, Utilities, Concrete and Asphalt
- Strong understanding of job costing and contract management
- Experience managing projects $1M- $5M+
- Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS HeavyJob, Trimble Viewpoint Vista, or similar platforms
- Experience with public and private sector projects including Federal, State DOT, Municipal, and Private work preferred
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and change order management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team contributor
