We're hiring overnight Registered Nurses (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) who have at least one year of inpatient hospital experience and are passionate about providing lifesaving care.

What You'll Need

• BSN or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Emergency Department experience
• BLS certification

Schedule

🕖 Full-Time Flex (72 hours/pay period)

🌙 Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

📅 Weekends per hospital practice and two holidays per year

The $20,000 sign-on bonus is paid in four $5,000 installments with a two-year commitment to the overnight schedule.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
