You can design a career you’ll love from top to bottom – we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:

  • You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry
  • You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance
  • You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards
  • We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create innovative solutions
  • We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation
  • Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ETO business analysts & engage as directed with business unit stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through interviews, workshops, and process observation.
  • Map & analyze current-state ("as-is") processes using ETO standard notation (swim lanes, SIPOC, value stream) and validate with process owners.
  • Document data flows and system touchpoints as part of process mapping, particularly where they inform automation, integration, or AI-enabled recommendations.
  • Design and support the implementation of process performance metrics and KPIs (leading and lagging indicators) to baseline performance and track the impact of improvements.
  • Develop future-state ("to-be") process recommendations, including process redesign, automation, and AI/technology-enabled solutions.
  • Translate discovery sessions and stakeholder input into structured requirements, process documentation, and decision-ready materials for the Director and business sponsors.
  • Understand what’s needed to develop credible business cases for recommended changes, including effort, cost, and expected benefits, and work to gather relevant data/information as part of the initiative documentation.
  • Contribute reusable process artifacts (templates, capability maps, documentation standards) to the Process Center of Excellence to promote consistency across projects and across the firm.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams by clearly articulating business requirements and validating that proposed solutions address the root problem.
  • Track and report on the status of improvement initiatives, flagging risks and dependencies to the Director.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset within partner business units.

What Success Looks Like

  • Process maps and requirements are accurate, validated by stakeholders, and reused without rework.
  • KPIs/metrics are in place and actively tracked within [60–90] days of engagement start.
  • Improvement recommendations are adopted by business sponsors and show measurable impact against baseline.
  • Documentation meets Process COE standards and is contributed back to the shared library.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, consulting, or transformation roles, with demonstrated ownership of process work (not just support/documentation).
  • Proven ability in writing business, data, & technical requirements and the development of wireframes to clearly articulate solutions
  • Proven proficiency in process mapping (current- and future-state) - able to independently run mapping sessions and produce validated, accurate artifacts with minimal oversight.
  • Confident engaging business unit stakeholders directly - able to ask the right questions, surface real pain points, and read between the lines of what's said versus what's actually broken.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and shape improvement opportunities - not just document "as-is" state, but connect root causes to practical recommendations (process, tech, automation, or AI).
  • Experience defining and standing up KPIs/metrics; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with process and operational data to identify root causes and quantify impact.
  • Ability to manage time across multiple projects and escalate when help is required.
  • Working knowledge of process/workflow tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) and data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
