Experienced Optician (H115)

 Florida optometry practice with offices throughout Miami Dade and Broward is looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Optician to join their growing eye care team! This position is open to both licensed or unlicensed candidates and is a floating position between the practices Hialeah and Miami Lakes office locations. Candidates should be fully Bilingual in Spanish. Ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, and dependable, in addition to being a true team player who enjoys helping patients, has very strong sales skills, and can confidently manage optical needs in a busy practice.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Previous optical experience is required
• Licensed or unlicensed opticians welcome
• Strong optical sales and customer service skills
• Experience with frame styling, lens selection, and premium lens options
• Knowledge of progressive, multifocal, and specialty lenses
• Ability to take accurate measurements and adjust and dispense eyewear
• Experience with vision insurance plans preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Reliable, organized, and flexible to work at multiple locations
