Lead and enhance a best-in-class benefits program for a company that puts its people first. As Uline's Head of Benefits, you will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and lead and evolve our enterprise benefits portfolio supporting employees across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader to shape long-term strategy, enhance the employee experience and oversee health, retirement, wellness, disability and leave programs at scale.

As a member of the HR leadership team, you will partner with senior leaders across the business, lead a talented team and balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in program design, vendor partnerships and execution.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Uline’s long-term benefits strategy, ensuring programs align with workforce needs and business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation and administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, workers compensation, disability and leave programs across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefit plans, keep offerings competitive and drive exceptional service.
• Serve as Uline's benefits expert and financial steward, advising HR and executive leadership on program effectiveness, industry trends and employee experience.
• Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a positive, high-performing culture.
• Create and execute benefits communications to make complex information clear and engaging for employees.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive benefits experience, including leadership experience within a large, complex organization.
• Experience managing benefit vendors, negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems. Workday a plus.
